Bill and Teri Haig have owned and operated The Wedding Parlour for twenty five years. Teri had been a professional seamstress for many years, sewing for several clients and businesses in the area, including The Wedding Parlour. In 1996 when Bill and Teri took the leap to purchase the shop, they began plans to build a new, free standing building to accommodate their growing business. Using trees from their family homestead near Deer River, the gorgeous log building was completed, and they moved into their new location on March 1, 2004. Bill keeps busy maintaining the beautiful building and property, and he owns a portable sawmill business.
Bill and Teri enjoy traveling, spending time with six grandchildren, and cruising the lake on their pontoon in the summer.

The Wedding Parlour Team
Debbie's Wedding Parlour experience began in 1987 whe she became a Wedding Parlour bride, purchasing her bridal gown, maid gowns and renting her tuxedos for her big day. Years later she became an employee and over the course of her 15 years with The Wedding Parlour, has held many positions from pressing to management. She enjoys coming to work among great friends in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.
In addition to working at The Wedding Parlour, Debbie serves as a support pastor and church administrator for a church she planted with her husband in Pengilly six years ago.
